Mike Waltz accused of \u201clecturing free, sovereign democracies like the United States, the U.K., and Israel, while cozying up to the world\u2019s worst oppressors.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The French mission in Geneva issued a statement denouncing the U.S. position, writing on social media, \u201cThe U.S. used to be a beacon of human rights. Not anymore. Today, it stands alongside North Korea, Nicaragua, Mali &#038; Russia, isolated.
