He highlighted a recent Harris poll indicating high enthusiasm among Trump\/MAGA voters, with 75% planning to vote in the 2026 congressional midterms. Emmer noted that even without Trump on the ballot, MAGA voters are showing strong participation, frequently enough surpassing traditional Republicans and Democrats in enthusiasm.
