Although Sherrill stopped short of accusing her predecessor, former <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/phil-murphy\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"1066\">Gov.
