The court suggested that while the subpoenas are being withdrawn for now, the DOJ can issue new ones if proper procedures are followed. These subpoenas stemmed from a recent NYT article discussing Trump\u2019s departure from a NATO summit in Turkey aboard an older aircraft rather than the newer, Qatar-gifted plane.
