He allegedly struck a parked vehicle on July 3 and drove away, later being found about a quarter-mile from the scene with a damaged vehicle. Pelosi, 86, was not arrested at the scene and showed no signs of intoxication but acknowledged hitting something. Witnesses called 911, and Pelosi was later cited for making an unlawful turn. He was driving a 2025 Maserati GranCabrio convertible at the time and is scheduled to appear in court on August 14. Pelosi has apologized to the vehicle owner and will not be commenting further.
