The incident occurred when law enforcement attempted to serve a warrant related to Frazier&#8217;s failure to appear in court on a sexual battery charge. Upon entering, officers found Frazier barricaded in his bedroom. From the barricade, Frazier fired at police and hit Hanson, who later died as a result of his injuries, the DOJ said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frazier then stood his ground, which resulted in a standoff with police before he was apprehended.
