Trump expressed concerns that illegal immigrants are exploiting the policy, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >citing signs promoting birthright citizenship<\/a> along the U.S.-Mexico border and across the country,which he claims could lead to widespread illegal gains and family reunifications based on citizenship. He criticized the Court&#8217;s decision, asserting that citizenship should not be a sale and calling the ruling a &#8216;miscarriage of justice&#8217; that could harm America.<\/p>\n<p>After the initial Supreme Court ruling, Trump suggested that Congress could amend the laws to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/yes-republicans-can-legally-rein-in-birthright-citizenship\/\" title=\"Yes, Republicans Can Legally Rein In ...\">restrict birthright citizenship<\/a>, noting that the Court acknowledged Congress&#8217;s authority to do so if it chooses.
