The agency, which purportedly existed from 2024 to 2026, was found to be a forgery; forensic analysis showed that signatures, including that of the president\u2019s chief of staff, were fake. The agency held office space within Nigeria\u2019s Federal Secretariat and even appeared in official documents,yet there are no records of any operations or deals conducted under its name.
