(Becky Pepper-Jackson). it highlights the court\u2019s 6-3 majority, which recognized Pepper-Jackson as a boy who identifies as female and has dominated female athletes, raising concerns about fairness and safety in sports. The article concludes by warning against the influence of gender ideology on the judiciary and society at large.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Being a justice on the United States Supreme Court requires legal brilliance, intellectual rigor, strict discernment of and adherence to facts, and logical consistency. Clearly, not every justice on the current court meets these criteria.<\/p>\n<p>This was demonstrated in the courts\u2019\u00a0recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/25pdf\/24-43_2b35.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201ctrans\u201d sports decision<\/a> that now reasonably permits schools, under Title IX, to let biological sex be the determinant of who can and cannot compete on high school and college sports teams. In sum, this was a case about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-americans-are-falling-out-of-love-with-lgbt-pride\/\" title=\"Why Americans Are Falling Out Of Love With LGBT &#039;Pride&#039;\">fundamental human reality<\/a> and Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson\u2019s bold and incoherent dissent from it.<\/p>\n<p>In their landmark 6-3 decision, the majority (Kavanaugh, Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch and Barrett) describe the primary plaintiff  \u2014 identified as\u00a0\u201cB.P.J.\u201d in the case \u2014 as a biological male who\u00a0\u201cidentifies as female.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This boy is West Virginia\u2019s Becky Pepper-Jackson, who consistently <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/04\/22\/us-news\/trans-middle-school-athlete-wins-girls-shot-put-event-by-more-than-3ft\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dominated girls<\/a> in track and field events.<strong> <\/strong>Kristen Waggoner, President of Alliance Defending Freedom, an organization that helped argue this case before the court, <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedia.org\/press-release\/us-supreme-court-levels-playing-field-for-womens-sports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> Pepper-Jackson took wins from more than 470 girls over 1,400 competitions. He stole two regional and one state championship from deserving female athletes. In addition to beating girls in sports, Pepper-Jackson also threatened them with sexual assault in the locker room, Waggoner <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/KristenWaggoner\/status\/2072049929313251569\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">explained to a CNN host<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The majority thankfully never referred to this sexually abusive boy as\u00a0\u201ctransgender\u201d nor by female pronouns, but simply as B.P.J. They chose to not play the gender ideology language game. That was certainly not true for the minority justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson.<\/p>\n<p>They confess\u00a0\u201cB.P.J. is also transgender\u201d while ignoring the fact that no one is transgender. It is a made-up term with no objective scientific backing. Even the American Psychiatric Association (APA), who regularly carries water for trans ideology, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychiatry.org\/patients-families\/gender-dysphoria\/expert-q-and-a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">confesses<\/a> \u201ctransgender is a non-medical term\u201d which merely refers to one\u2019s subjective gender-atypical belief or physical presentation. The APA explains the term is used interchangeably with other meaningless ideological words such as\u00a0\u201cgender non-conforming, genderqueer, bigendered and agendered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson then write these nonsensical words:\u00a0\u201cHer sex was identified as male at birth, but she has known from the time that she was\u00a0\u2018very little\u2019\u00a0that she is a girl.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>This is the deceptive talk of gender ideology. These three justices reflexively side with and parrot the child\u2019s obvious mental illness, all while sitting on America\u2019s highest court.<\/p>\n<p>This is bad enough already, but certainly not the worst of it.<\/p>\n<p>That award is reserved for the court\u2019s newest member, Ketanji Brown Jackson, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/03\/22\/blackburn-jackson-define-the-word-woman-00019543\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">famously confessed<\/a> to the world that she could not explain what a woman is because\u00a0\u201cI am not a biologist.\u201d Yet, in her own solitary dissent, Justice Jackson obliterates biology with double-barrel fervor. She employs the nonsensical terms\u00a0\u201csex assigned at birth\u201d or\u00a0\u201cassigned male at birth\u201d 13 times in her brief six paragraph dissent. No other justices employed this term. No one is\u00a0\u201cassigned\u201d their sex at birth, and no reasonable person should ever use that ideological term. Certainly not a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/justice-alito-moves-up-deadline-for-supreme-court-briefing-in-pennsylvania-lawsuit-to-flip-the-election\/\" title=\"... Alito Moves Up Deadline For Supreme Court Briefing in Pennsylvania Lawsuit to Flip the Election\">supreme court justice<\/a>. Anyone doing so is virtue signaling their blind allegiance to a contra-scientific ideology that sex is determined by one\u2019s subjective self-perception. Science is unambiguous: Our sex \u2014 either male or female, and <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC12753526\/pdf\/10508_2025_Article_3348.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">only male or female<\/a> \u2014 is written into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/chapter\/edited-volume\/abs\/pii\/B9780323885348000547\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">every cell of our body<\/a> from conception.<\/p>\n<p>As Justice Thomas plainly stated in his concurrence,\u00a0\u201cMen and boys with gender dysphoria are not women or girls, even if they believe that they are.\u201d He added,\u00a0\u201cTo use language to obscure reality \u2014 to show\u00a0\u201cindifference regarding the truth\u201d \u2014 is to lie to the public and cease to treat our fellow citizens\u00a0\u201cas equal[s].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Justice Jackson lied to the public in her ruling, something no member of any court can ever do. At the close of her dissent, she creatively asserts,\u00a0\u201cTitle IX makes room for individuals to live in the gender they choose; it cares not just about sex assigned at birth but also about individuals\u2019\u00a0ability to match (or not) their gender presentation to their gender identity.\u201d Breath that nonsense in to fully appreciate the inanity of it. Jackson then concludes with this bit of metaphysical wonderment:\u00a0\u201cBecause West Virginia\u2019s law forces B.P.J. to live \u2014 in this case, to play \u2014 as a boy though she is a girl, it might well run afoul of Title IX properly construed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Justice Jackson was right: she certainly is not a biologist. Tortured reasoning like this demonstrates why she certainly does not have the chops to be a supreme court justice.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>      Glenn T.
