The Department of justice had previously confirmed an examination into Brennan concerning his handling of the inquiry into possible ties between President Donald Trump and Russia. lawsuit, Brennan asks the court to order the Trump administration to preserve all documents related to examinations of his conduct in any possible criminal case that could result from the investigations.
