The president <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/4588485\/trump-probably-lose-birthright-citizenship-case\/\">predicted in May <\/a>that justices would rule against his efforts to overhaul birthright citizenship, alleging \u201cour Court System is RIGGED.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Tuesday, Murphy also criticized the court as \u201c<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ChrisMurphyCT\/status\/2071998353664000365\">so so badly broken<\/a>,\u201d expressing concern over the narrow decision to retain the current interpretation of <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/4630801\/trump-pivots-congress-birthright-citizenship-overhaul-supreme-court-rejection\/\">birthright citizenship<\/a> under the 14th Amendment.
