He can <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/26\/democrats-suddenly-agree-with-trump-haiti-is-a-s-hole-country\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/26\/democrats-suddenly-agree-with-trump-haiti-is-a-s-hole-country\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">order their removal<\/a>. (Good!) A separate ruling, on the other hand, affirmed automatic American citizenship to babies born to migrants who have illegally entered the country. (Bad!) Yet a third ruling deemed it legal for states to count voter ballots that arrive <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/30\/erroneous-scotus-ruling-on-election-day-ballots-screams-for-save-act\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/30\/imposter-candidate-can-appear-on-ballot-ahead-of-alaska-senate-primary-state-supreme-court-rules\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">after Election Day<\/a>, thus rendering the whole concept of \u201cElection Day\u201d void. (Very bad!)<\/p>\n<div id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1833201502\" class=\"d-flex justify-content-center fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 fdrlst__b89e9-entity-placement\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taken together, if the president has expansive authority to remove illegal aliens, who otherwise might just pop out a baby immediately deemed \u201cAmerican\u201d (a new Democrat voter mailing in ballots on a whim), the situation is clear. Migrants need to be sent home with haste and by any means necessary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This country cannot survive if anyone from anywhere \u2014 China, Guatemala, India, etc. \u2014 can lock themselves inside by giving birth, securing themselves citizenship and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/29\/new-study-immigration-caused-40-of-your-rent-hikes-over-10-years\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/29\/new-study-immigration-caused-40-of-your-rent-hikes-over-10-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">welfare entitlements<\/a>, and then vote in our corrupted elections. And yes, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/10\/federal-data-thousands-of-illegals-are-registered-to-vote-but-in-21-years-doj-has-only-prosecuted-35\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2024\/09\/10\/federal-data-thousands-of-illegals-are-registered-to-vote-but-in-21-years-doj-has-only-prosecuted-35\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">they\u2019re voting<\/a>. That\u2019s not up for debate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Supreme Court just affirmed the possibility of a person raised for essentially his whole life <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/30\/after-scotus-citizenship-ruling-national-security-requires-a-travel-ban-on-ccp-nationals\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/30\/after-scotus-citizenship-ruling-national-security-requires-a-travel-ban-on-ccp-nationals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in Communist China<\/a> becoming president of the United States. It\u2019s criminal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And so, the Trump administration, and every administration that succeeds it, should recognize the only way forward is to severely restrict all forms of immigration: Ban the entry of pregnant women, reduce the duration of legal residency to less than nine months, and, of course, deport as many foreigners as possible.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By extension, our primary target for removal should no longer be \u201cthe worst criminals.\u201d It should be women. All of them. There\u2019s not a moment too soon. If they\u2019re actively giving birth, hurl them into Mexico. Or, if they\u2019re not so lucky, Canada.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the position the court has put us in with this series of rulings.
