Luna had previously told the three witnesses that she would \u201cnot be gaveling [them] out\u201d if they exceeded five minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cObviously this is supposed to be a hearing about MKUltra, but when you gave your opening statement \u2014 and I don\u2019t even know why you were called to this hearing because you didn\u2019t offer anything about MKUltra \u2014 but since you are here and you are going to defend NIH, I am going to call you out on it,\u201d Rep. After Ginexi conceded that she is \u201cnot an MKUltra expert,\u201d Mace looked her in the eye and asked, \u201cWhy did the Dems send you here?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At one point, Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN), who walked into the hearing late, offered for Binexi to \u201cjump in\u201d and answer a question.
