He urged Congress to act and pass legislation to end the practice, which he described as &#8220;expensive and unfair,&#8221; despite the Court&#8217;s decision upholding the policy. Trump dismissed the idea of using a constitutional amendment, considering it unneeded, and expressed his support for legislative action.
