In an earlier FEC <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/4600248\/nrsc-refers-challenger-dan-sullivan-fec-campaign-scheme-oust-senator-same-name\/\">complaint<\/a>, the NRSC alleged he coordinated with Democratic strategist Amber Lee to launch his campaign in violation of <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >federal laws prohibiting fraudulent misrepresentation<\/a>. Sullivan on his Alaska First record.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The filing marks the third complaint the NRSC has submitted over Dan J. Sullivan\u2019s candidacy. The committee has also sent a letter to Alaska\u2019s lieutenant governor and the state\u2019s Division of Elections asking officials to remove him from the ballot, arguing his candidacy threatens the integrity of the Senate race.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dispute has injected controversy into one of the Democrats\u2019 top Senate pickup opportunities in 2026. Former Rep. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/mary-peltola\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"6029\">Mary Peltola<\/a> is challenging Sen. Sullivan and Democratic operatives. The committee alleged Lee, a Democratic consultant who has publicly supported Peltola, wrote Sullivan\u2019s campaign launch press release. It also noted that Dan J.
