Luna, a supporter of voter ID laws, announced she would delay reopening the House floor until the Senate returns from its recess, criticizing Thune for going on vacation before the bill&#8217;s passage. She and Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) have also vowed to hold up the House agenda over the senate\u2019s inaction on the bill,which mandates voter ID and proof of citizenship.
