U.S. District Judge Amanda Brailsford issued a preliminary injunction against the law, known as House Bill 752, which was set to take effect on July 1, while a lawsuit challenging its constitutionality proceeds.The plaintiffs, including several transgender Idaho residents, argued the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >law violated constitutional rights<\/a> such as due process and equal protection.
