The confirmation process is expected to be challenging, as most Democrats are likely to oppose his appointment. Grassley expressed a positive outlook on their meeting and highlighted Blanche&#8217;s support for law and order initiatives. Grassley also emphasized the DOJ&#8217;s responsiveness to oversight requests and called for further transparency. The hearing is scheduled for july.
