Forbes wrote in a letter to the court on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last year, Boelter was <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/crime\/3472207\/vance-boelter-indicted-murder-minnesota-house-speaker-melissa-hortman\/\">indicted<\/a> on six federal charges, including stalking, murder through the use of a firearm, and other charges related to the killings.
