In addition to thousands of votes that were flipped from President Trump to Democrat candidate Joe Biden, Bailey was concerned about ballots that were re-run through the Dominion tabulator machine after a 262-262 tie on a vote a ballot initiative that would allow a marijuana establishment to be located within the Village of Central Lake.<\/p>\n<p><strong>While ballots were being inserted into the machine, 3 of them were destroyed and were not placed through the tabulator. At the conclusion of the recount by the tabulating machine and with three fewer votes, the result was 262-261, and the initiative passed. (First image)<\/p>\n<p>Dominion\u2019s vote totals showed <strong>663 people voted<\/strong> in a district where there were only <strong>6 eligible voters<\/strong> and <strong>only 3 of those 6 actually voted<\/strong>. Somehow, Dominion added 660 additional votes to the final tally. Elsenheimer granted permission to William Bailey and his team of IT experts to conduct a forensic study of the 16 Dominion voting machines, tabulators, thumb drives, related software, and the Clerk\u2019s \u201cmaster tabulator.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Matthew DePerno was able to quickly assemble a team of seven highly trained forensic IT experts who agreed to arrive the next day (Saturday) to conduct the forensic examination.<\/p>\n<p>After 8 hours, the collection was complete. With 16 CF cards (similar to SIM cards), 16 thumb drives, and forensic images of the Dominion voting machines in hand, the IT team was escorted to the local Antrim County Airport by two Antrim County Sheriff vehicles, where they boarded their jet plane with evidence in hand.<\/p>\n<p>DePerno waited patiently for the results of the forensic examination of the Dominion voting machines to arrive. While he was waiting for the results,\u00a0Michigan\u2019s radical Attorney General Dana Nessel who won her election after bragging she was the best candidate for the job because she didn\u2019t have a penis, added Michigan\u2019s far-left, dishonest Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to the lawsuit as a defendant on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25893\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Motion-and-Brief-for-Relief-I-1-695x900-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Motion-and-Brief-for-Relief-I-1-695x900-1.jpg 695w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Motion-and-Brief-for-Relief-I-1-695x900-1-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Motion-and-Brief-for-Relief-I-1-695x900-1-675x874.jpg 675w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Motion-and-Brief-for-Relief-I-1-695x900-1-480x622.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno spoke exclusively with <a href=\"https:\/\/100percentfedup.com\/breaking-antrim-co-forensic-report-bombshell-reveals-dominion-machines-were-set-at-68-05-error-ratemeaning-68-05-of-ballots-could-be-sent-out-for-mass-adjudication-giving-individuals-or-ma\/\">100 Percent Fed Up<\/a> and Gateway Pundit Here are the bombshell results:<\/h2>\n<p>This morning, \u00a0Judge Elsenheiemer gave Matthew DePerno permission to release the results of the forensic study with the provision that he make a few redactions, which DePerno claims were \u201cminor.\u201d The judge made it clear that the report could be released today, but only after MI Assistant AG Eric Grill approved the agreed upon redactions.<\/p>\n<p>DePerno said the redactions were \u201cnot relevant,\u201d and that the key part of the report has been released in his bombshell report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt took about two minutes to make the redactions,\u201d DePerno said. As soon as he was finished, he immediately called Michigan Assistant Attorney General Eric Grill to ask him if he had seen the redacted document yet? According to DePerno, \u201cGrille told me that \u2018he would get to it later,\u2019 and that \u2018he was busy with some other things.&#8217;\u201d DePerno told Grill that he was planning to go on some media shows and that he would be telling them that Grill was \u201cslow-walking the approval of the redactions.\u201d DePerno claims Grill hung up the phone, and shortly afterward, he sent an email stating that he approved of the redacted document.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE REPORT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After the forensic examination of 16 Dominion Voting machines in Antrim, Co. MI, Allied Security Operations Group has concluded that the Dominion Voting machines were assigned a 68.05% error rate. DePerno explained that when ballots are put through the machine, a whopping 68.05% error rate means that 68.05% of the ballots are sent for bulk adjudication, which means they collect the ballots in a folder. \u201cThe ballots are sent somewhere where people in another location can change the vote,\u201d DePerno explained.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the Allied Security Operations report, Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno states: \u201cwe conclude that The <strong>Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan<\/strong>. We believe it was done through a machine. It\u2019s either a function of the program, or it\u2019s done offsite. My guess is that it was shipped offsite, adjudicated, and then sent back to the system, or it was done internally in the program. It was one of the two,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The report shows the change in the vote totals on Nov 3, Nov 5, and Nov 21. Paragraph 7 states: \u201cThe results of the 2020 Antrim County election are not certifiable. this is a result of machine and or software error, not \u2018human error,&#8217;\u201d as previously stated by Secretary of State Benson on November 6, which DePerno calls, \u201cfalse.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-26193\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"740\" height=\"812\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1.jpg 740w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-273x300.jpg 273w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-675x741.jpg 675w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/2A-740x812-1-480x527.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 740px) 100vw, 740px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>DePerno says the most important part of the report is that \u201cThis was not done by a couple of interns, as some people have suggested. This is a systematic program designed to generate errors that affect the outcome of the election.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Matthew DePerno claims that the Dominion Voting machines were \u201cmeticulously crafted to do exactly what it did.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DePerno tells us he believes \u201cIt was either a major software company, or it was a foreign entity that was behind this. There are other forces behind this,\u201d adding, \u201cThis violates all cybersecurity protocols. It doesn\u2019t matter who you vote for. No one can be confident that with a 68.05% error rate that your ballot was not mass adjudicated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>William Bailey\u2019s attorney told us, \u201cI believe Secretary of State Benson knew this, and that\u2019s why she spent zero dollars from the CARES Act training anyone on the software or the machines but spent millions of dollars putting the \u201cZucker[berg] boxes\u201d in Detroit,\u201d adding, \u201cWhen something goes wrong, she can blame them for it, and because they don\u2019t\u2019 know, she can blame them. That\u2019s why you see Cheryl Guy out there taking the blame\u2014she doesn\u2019t know any better.\u201d DePerno told us that Antrim County Clerk Cheryl Guy is being hung out to dry for her role in the Antrim Co. vote switch that could change the outcome of the election, \u201cIt is awful what they\u2019re doing to her, and she doesn\u2019t have people advising her on this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>COMPUTERS WERE WIPED CLEAN ON NOVEMBER 4:<\/p>\n<p>DePerno told us that the report shows \u201cinternet and adjudication files were wiped clean on Nov. 4th,\u201d adding \u201cThey destroyed election results!\u2014They destroyed election results in a violation of state law.\u201d He told us, \u201cThey were required to keep these records for two years after the election, and they deleted them!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t assign motive to that, but we can speculate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>DePerno explained that the forensic team is still working to access the deleted files, explaining, \u201cSometimes when they take a forensic image, it can take a while for the IT team to find deleted files.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSec of State Benson lied when she said it was Human error is totally false. It doesn\u2019t matter if updates are applied. Their forensic team ran a test with updates applied, and it still showed a 68.5% error rate,\u201d DePerno said.<\/p>\n<p>In another shocking finding, DePerno\u2019s forensic team discovered that the program allows for the county administrator to go in and select a \u201cweighted feature.\u201d He explained, \u201cThe way the county is set up, anyone can go in and select the weighted feature. They actually had the password taped to the top of the machines!\u201d he said. \u201cAll you need is a password to get into the machine.
