The suit-brought by three Southaven residents on behalf of more than 10,000 people-claims the constant disturbances disrupt sleep, interfere with daily life, reduce enjoyment of homes, and lower nearby property values.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint argues that the companies have been placing large-scale AI infrastructure closer to residential areas, leading to persistent quality-of-life impacts. Tate Reeves (R-MS).
