Officials claim the schemes relied on visa \u201cfixers,\u201d fraudulent documents, and companies that coached applicants for visa interviews, arranged lodging, and planned logistics. The department reports shutting down <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pentagon-confirms-women-and-children-dead-in-u-s-special-forces-syria-raid\/\" title=\"Pentagon Confirms Women and Children Dead in U.S. Special Forces Syria Raid\">multiple operations<\/a>, revoking more than 100 visas in West and North Africa, and finding hundreds of suspected cases linked to companies in Europe (along with bans for some individuals).<\/p>\n<p>The article argues that these practices exploit a broad reading of the 14th Amendment\u2019s \u201cbirthright citizenship\u201d rule and highlights that many births to temporary visitors could become eligible for citizenship. It also points to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-aims-to-downplay-inflation-as-government-pushes-more-big-spending-bills\/\" title=\"Biden Aims To Downplay Inflation As Government Pushes More Big Spending Bills\">executive order intended<\/a> to reinterpret the amendment to prevent the alleged \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/only-prosecutions-can-end-dems-doj-weaponization-but-media-pretend-thats-not-obvious\/\" title=\"Only Prosecutions Will End DOJ Abuse, As Media Pretend Otherwise\">birthplace citizenship<\/a> scam,\u201d while noting that challenges to the order are before the Supreme Court, with a decision expected soon.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"readmore\">\n    <button onclick=\"showReadMore()\" id=\"readmorebtn\">Read more&#8230;<\/button>\n<\/p>\n<hr id=\"line\">\n<span id=\"more\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The United States has shut down multiple birth tourism networks across Europe and Africa, the State Department announced Wednesday, stating, \u201cNo foreigner is permitted to obtain a visitor visa for the primary purpose of acquiring U.S. citizenship for a child by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tim-tebow-at-march-for-life-i-now-get-to-share-my-story-because-my-mom-gave-me-a-chance\/\" title=\"Tim Tebow At March For Life: \u2018I Now Get To Share My Story\u2019 Because \u2018My Mom Gave Me A Chance\u2019\">giving birth<\/a> in the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the State Department, the <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/StateDept\/status\/2064709296164573384?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">networks<\/a> have been trying to ship hundreds of pregnant foreign nationals into the United States homeland so they can give birth there and gain citizenship for the child. Foreigners who do so can then use the child\u2019s citizenship as an anchor to stay in the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA U.S. visa is a privilege, not a right. The State Department is taking action around the world to stop this abuse, dismantle birth tourism networks, and hold accountable those who try to scam our system,\u201d the State Department <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/StateDept\/status\/2064709309057868260?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a> on social media.<\/p>\n<p>A U.S. embassy in West Africa found what the State Department called a \u201csophisticated birth tourism network\u201d where more than 100 foreigners were \u201cusing fraudulent documents and visa \u2018fixers&#8217;\u201d to obtain access to the United States. The department said they \u201cshut it down,\u201d revoked the visas, and are working with local governments to identify and stop any other operations.<\/p>\n<p>In a similar fashion a U.S. embassy in North Africa revoked more than 100 visas for parents who came to the U.S. for the purposes of giving birth and accessing U.S. citizenship. \u201cConsular officers \u2014 working with law enforcement and using data analytics \u2014 identified several networks abusing the system and put a stop to it,\u201d the department stated.<\/p>\n<p>Embassy officials in Europe discovered more than 400 cases of suspected birth tourism dating back to 2024 and traced them to \u201cat least six companies that coached applicants on what to say in their visa interview, arranged U.S. housing, and set up delivery plans,\u201d the State Department <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/StateDept\/status\/2064709304293192074?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">said<\/a>, adding that they shut those operations down as well and \u201cpermanently banned several fraudsters from ever traveling to the United States again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Birth tourism is yet another fraud scheme perpetrated by Third-Worlders who see the United States as a suicidally empathetic ATM, ripe for cultural invasion. More than half of all immigrants, and an even larger percentage of illegal immigrants, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/09\/08\/deporting-illegal-immigrants-is-not-enough\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sap<\/a> U.S. public welfare systems of billions of dollars, forcing Americans to be bled dry paying for their own replacement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>[READ:[READ:<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/09\/08\/deporting-illegal-immigrants-is-not-enough\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deporting Illegal Immigrants Is Not Enough<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birth tourism only works because of a nonsense interpretation of the 14th Amendment that allows so-called \u201cbirthright citizenship\u201d (a.k.a birthplace citizenship), skewing the amendment to mean that anyone from anywhere who happens to be born on American soil is automatically a U.S. citizen.<\/p>\n<p>It is easy to take advantage of the system. As The Federalist\u2019s Brianna Lyman <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/12\/16\/chinese-billionaires-u-s-baby-factory-exposes-birthright-citizenship-scam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, a Chinese billionaire has reportedly sired more than 100 children through surrogacy, all of whom have ostensibly been granted U.S citizenship under the current framework. The surrogacy companies are U.S.-based, and there are other purely birth tourism companies that are U.S.-based as well, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/05\/19\/lawmakers-open-investigation-into-thriving-birth-tourism-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">such as<\/a> Have My Baby in Miami, Doctors Para Ti, and International Maternity Services, among others.<\/p>\n<p>But the issue is not simply the hundreds of fraudulent citizenship-seeking births each year. The Center for Immigration Studies <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/05\/19\/lawmakers-open-investigation-into-thriving-birth-tourism-economy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">says<\/a> there were about 70,000 births to temporary visitors in 2023, and an estimated 500,000 in the past 10 years, making every single one eligible for citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>In order to solve part of the problem, President Donald Trump signed an executive order titled <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/presidential-actions\/2025\/01\/protecting-the-meaning-and-value-of-american-citizenship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship<\/a>, which correctly interprets the 14th Amendment to stop the birthplace citizenship scam.<\/p>\n<p>That order is currently being <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/06\/09\/here-are-the-biggest-outstanding-supreme-court-cases-to-keep-an-eye-out-for\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">challenged<\/a> in the Supreme Court, where a decision is expected near the end of June. <\/p>\n<p><strong>[READ:[READ:<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/04\/01\/if-scotus-upholds-birthright-citizenship-it-will-do-so-at-its-own-peril\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">If SCOTUS Upholds \u2018Birthright Citizenship,\u2019 It Will Do So At Its Own Peril<\/a>]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As The Federalist<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2026\/04\/01\/if-scotus-upholds-birthright-citizenship-it-will-do-so-at-its-own-peril\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a>, in this decision, the Supreme Court will effectively determine whether the United States has sovereignty, or whether it is simply an economic zone meant to be raped and pillaged by the entire world.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>      Breccan F.
