In a Truth Social post, he said the legislation could be the last chance to \u201csave College Sports\u201d by resolving urgent issues for <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >universities adn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/aclu-issues-twitter-thread-allegedly-debunking-myths-about-trans-students-in-sports\/\" title=\"ACLU Issues Twitter Thread Allegedly Debunking \u2018Myths\u2019 About Trans Students In Sports\">student-athletes<\/a><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The bill, led by **Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX)** and **Maria Cantwell (D-WA)**, would address regulatory chaos around college athletics-such as rules for **player transfers and payments**, limits on **midseason coach movement**, and restrictions on professional players returning to the NCAA.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s post praised several lawmakers involved in the effort, including **Eric Schmitt** and **chris Coons**, and thanked **House leaders Mike Johnson** and **Steve Scalise** for their work. Though, it did not address opposition from the **Congressional Black Caucus (CBC)**, which has vowed to block the bill, citing the **Supreme court\u2019s Louisiana v. <em>Louisiana v.
