The effort focused on identifying alleged online child exploitation offenders, locating unknown victims, and connecting affected families with social resources.  <\/p>\n<p>Officials said the operation involved 91 agencies, nearly 200 personnel, and led to 276 arrests. Joseph Rothrock said. <\/p>\n<div class=\"article-paywall\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis would not have been successful without the resolve of each participating agency,\u201d Rothrock added. \u201cThe FBI and our law enforcement partners will continue to prioritize the safety of the most vulnerable members of our communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bThe operation was the result of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/second-escaped-arkansas-inmate-captured\/\" title=\"Second Arkansas Escapee Apprehended\">coordinated law enforcement effort<\/a> among 91 agencies, with almost 200 personnel involved, according to the FBI. Those agencies included the FBI Dallas division, Dallas Police Department, Plano Police Department, and Garland Police Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The<em> Washington Examiner <\/em>reached out to Jeff Rich, a detective in the criminal divisions of the Plano Police Department, for comment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe operation was geared towards the identification and rescue of children,\u201d he said. \u201cThe focus that we have is to locate children who are in harm\u2019s way and then protect those children as best possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200bRich said the operation was successful thanks to the collaboration of multiple agencies, adding that it\u2019s important for good communication to be established between parents and children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b\u201cIt\u2019s better that they can communicate their fears and not be ridiculed,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rich said it is important to remember that the exploitation of children is not simply a localized problem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSome people say, \u2018Oh look at Texas, they\u2019ve really got a problem,\u2019 and that\u2019s not the case at all. This is a global problem,\u201d he said. \u201cThis is something that\u2019s happening all across the country and all across the world to children everywhere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rich said education and enforcement go hand in hand against child exploitation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis is something that is happening in your communities wherever you sit, and it needs to be addressed,\u201d he said, telling the <em>Washington Examiner <\/em>that <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >taking aggressive enforcement actions<\/a> against child exploitation offenders helps protect children.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/restoring-america\/courage-strength-optimism\/4577647\/america-must-dismantle-iranian-regime-foundations\/\"><strong>TO END THE IRAN THREAT, AMERICA MUST DISMANTLE THE REGIME\u2019S FOUNDATIONS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b\u201cIt is unfortunate that there are that many arrests and that there are that many children that need rescuing, but we\u2019re gonna continue this fight throughout the year and every day,\u201d he said. \u201cWe\u2019re gonna continue this struggle and this fight and make sure the kids are safe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Law enforcement agencies arrested 276 offenders as part of the joint operation and encouraged anyone with information about child exploitation to contact local law enforcement or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
