The probe focuses on FIFA\u2019s dynamic pricing-prices reportedly rose substantially for many matches-as well as FIFA\u2019s phased ticket releases and whether its communications and timing were linked to the increases.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re also looking into complaints that fans did not receive the exact seats or tickets they paid for, including cases where new \u201cfront categories\u201d were introduced and some buyers were excluded from the seats they expected or were missing tickets for selected categories. The stadium will be the venue for the final on July 19.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-paywall\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The blue states are scrutinizing FIFA\u2019s dynamic pricing strategy, which adjusted ticket prices based on massive demand, and the organization\u2019s decision to release tickets in phases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James\u2019s office cites a <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/7166874\/2026\/04\/02\/fifa-dynamic-pricing-2026-world-cup-tickets\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/athletic\/7166874\/2026\/04\/02\/fifa-dynamic-pricing-2026-world-cup-tickets\/\">news report<\/a> stating FIFA raised ticket costs for more than 90 of the 104 matches over the past six months, resulting in an average 34% increase for the three main ticket categories.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/manhattan-da-leading-trump-investigation-announces-intention-to-leave-office\/\" title=\"Manhattan DA Leading Trump ... In many instances, ticket-buyers were excluded from their seats after new zones called \u201cfront categories\u201d were created within the four ticket categories.
