Surveillance footage allegedly captured him fleeing, and firefighters later found him after he allegedly burned clothing tied to the attack.<\/p>\n

Prosecutors set bail at $1 million, citing the risk he poses and his long history of not cooperating with court orders. The reports claim he had dozens of prior arrests and warrants, along with previous convictions for offenses including assault, drug possession, theft, DUI, and violating protection orders.
