Dolezal celebrated the ruling on Tuesday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBipartisan members of the State Election Board and poll watchers WILL be allowed inside Secretary Raffensperger\u2019s \u2018bunker\u2019 to observe tonight\u2019s process,\u201d Dolezal <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/DolezalForGA\/status\/2056765663020986616?s=20\">said<\/a> in a statement. \u201cTransparency wins. The people of Georgia deserve honest, observable elections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The emergency motion, filed in the superior court of Fulton County, marks the latest <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/election-lawsuits\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"1585\">lawsuit<\/a> over the state\u2019s election system to reach Raffensperger. Georgia, and <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/4441397\/how-fulton-countys-election-wars-escalated-into-an-fbi-raid\/\">specifically Fulton County<\/a>, has been a hotbed for election-related lawsuits since President <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"4\">Donald Trump<\/a> challenged <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/1623034\/trump-urges-raffensperger-to-find-11000-votes-to-give-him-georgia\/?itm_source=parsely-api\">the results <\/a>of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, which former President Joe Biden won.<\/p>\n<p>Raffensperger, who is now running for governor in the Peach State, had denounced Dolezal\u2019s lawsuit on Monday as a \u201cdesperate search for press attention and votes\u201d in a campaign statement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor a guy who constantly lectures everyone about election integrity, you\u2019d think Senator Dolezal would know that votes are not counted in the Secretary of State\u2019s Emergency Operations Center,\u201d Raffensperger <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fox5atlanta.com\/news\/georgia-election-lawsuit-state-sen-greg-dolezal-sues-brad-raffensperger\">said<\/a>. \u201cThe real fight to safeguard the ballot box happens at the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >local level \u2013 inside county election offices<\/a> and tabulation centers across Georgia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In Georgia, vote totals are counted at the local level but received and verified in \u201cthe bunker,\u201d a room in the Secretary of State\u2019s office, before being published to the vote reporting system.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut facts clearly aren\u2019t getting in the way of Dolezal\u2019s desperate search for press attention and votes,\u201d Raffensperger said. \u201cSo buckle up, Greg.
