In multiple incidents, police officers were reportedly assaulted by the youths.<\/p>\n<p>Bowser\u2019s plea for the restoration of the juvenile curfew comes after U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro warned that parents of teenagers causing trouble in the so-called \u201cteen takeovers\u201d <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/4573311\/pirro-threatens-fines-prosecutions-for-parents-teen-takeovers\/\">could face legal consequences<\/a> in the future, including $500 fines, criminal prosecutions, and jail time, in certain circumstances.
