It actually feels like it\u2019s alive. And you can actually, as we improve the software, you can feel the sentience growing in the car.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said these self-driving automobiles are mostly operational in a few Texas cities, but he expects them to be rolled out nationwide by the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe world\u2019s going to have a lot of robots in the future,\u201d Musk declared. \u201cAnd what Tesla makes is effectively four-wheeled robots right now. And in the future, we\u2019ll also be having humanoid robots. You\u2019re seeing a lot of startups with humanoid robots, and my prediction is that there will be far more\u2026 intelligent robots in the world than there will be people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He believes this evolution will be a positive for humanity, but also recommended caution.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think this is most likely to be a good thing,\u201d Musk stated. \u201cWe always want to be a little paranoid, or certainly not complacent, about the safety of robots. But I think it will usher in an age of \u2014 not universal basic income \u2014 but universal high income.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These comments came shortly before a federal jury in Oakland, California, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-jury-sides-musk-openai-lawsuit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">went against<\/a> Musk in a case he brought against OpenAI, where he alleged the company\u2019s leadership \u201cstole a charity\u201d when they changed it to a for-profit framework.<\/p>\n<p>Musk, who co-founded OpenAI in 2015, sought the removal of Sam Altman as CEO and company president Greg Brockman from their leadership roles.<\/p>\n<p>The SpaceX founder also wanted an \u201cunwinding of the company\u2019s recent conversion to a more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-jury-sides-against-musk-in-openai-lawsuit\/\" title=\"Breaking: Jury Sides Ag...nst ... in ...
