Speaking on Fox News with Kayleigh mcenany, Vance said the White House anti-fraud <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-to-show-lockdowns-are-killing-more-people-than-the-virus\/\" title=\"How To Show Lockdowns Are Killing More People Than The Virus\">task force<\/a> he leads-launched in March 2026-aims to prosecute misuse and secure more federal funding protections.<\/p>\n<p>He argued that even when fraud cases appear clear, corrupt or resistant judges in some jurisdictions can prevent outcomes, so the administration is preparing legal strategies for places it views as more prosecutable. Vance also cited enforcement actions such as shutting down hundreds of fraudulent hospice centers, claiming little backlash followed, and he suggested officials may examine whether individuals connected to Gov. But that doesn\u2019t mean we can\u2019t do our job. And for every person that slips through the cracks because of a crooked judge, we\u2019re going to get 10 people who actually go to prison or suffer real consequences for it and we\u2019re also saving the American people a lot of money,\u201d Vance said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can have a fraudster, you can have them dead to rights, you can have them literally in a text message confessing to the crime but sometimes you\u2019re still going to have corrupt judges,\u201d Vance said. <\/p>\n<p>Vance said that the administration anticipated pushback from judges in Democratic-led states, and is developing legal strategies to pursue prosecutions in jurisdictions it believes will be more favorable. <\/p>\n<p>He also acknowledged that some cases may not move forward but said officials still expect to bring a substantial amount of prosecutions. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fraud is right there for everybody to see. We closed down 800 fraudulent hospice centers. If you\u2019re running a business and the federal government closes down your main source of revenue, do you write a letter? Do you make a phone call? Seven-hundred and eighty of those we\u2019ve closed down, we haven\u2019t even heard a single thing from anybody. That\u2019s how bad the fraud is,\u201d Vance said. <\/p>\n<p>Vance said the fraud was so clear that those involved did not attempt to restore the affected services after they were shut down. He also suggested officials are examining whether anyone in <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/4567677\/newsom-legacy-revised-budget-proposal\/\">Gov.
