He claimed Iran has no navy or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/d-c-police-identify-calif-woman-killed-during-demonstration\/\" title=\"D.C. The president boasted of the United States\u2019s military success in the war and suggested a bleak outlook for the future of the Middle Eastern country. And when discussing the future of the conflict, Trump appeared to offer Iran an ultimatum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re finished,\u201d Trump <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/rollcall.com\/factbase\/trump\/transcript\/donald-trump-interview-sean-hannity-fox-news-beijing-may-14-2026\/\">told<\/a> Hannity regarding Iran. \u201cNow they can make a deal or they get annihilated. It, it\u2019s all, it\u2019s, it\u2019s gone. It\u2019s just a question of time. If we want, we stopped. Could have gone for another few weeks it would have been over. Uh, I did that at the request of a lot of leaders that are friendly with them. Uh, it\u2019s not going to matter for them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As the interview touched on a variety of topics, Trump later returned to the topic of Iran and their allegedly obliterated military. He specifically mentioned Iran\u2019s naval fleet, its air force, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/chinese-universities-quickly-outpacing-us-in-producing-technology-phds\/\" title=\"Chinese Universities Quickly Outpacing US In Producing Technology PhDs\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/israel-strikes-back-at-syria-after-missile-defense-shield-fails\/\" title=\"Israel Strikes Back At Syria After Missile Defense Shield Fails\">anti-aircraft<\/a> weapons<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike a couple of months and the navy\u2019s gone,\u201d Trump said. \u201cThey have 159 ships. Every single one of them is now happily floating or not floating at the bottom of the sea.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have no air force,\u201d he added. \u201cThey had a nice air force. They don\u2019t anymore. They have no air force.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also mentioned Iran\u2019s anti-aircraft weapons and how those were also taken out during military strikes in Operation Epic Fury. He brushed off the notion that Iran had rebounded a bit during the ceasefire and possibly rebuilt some of their military during this time, amid a recent <em>New York Times<\/em> <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2026\/05\/12\/us\/politics\/iran-missiles-us-intelligence.html\">report<\/a> that claimed Iran \u201cretains substantial missile capabilities.\u201d The president wasn\u2019t too worried about Iran\u2019s alleged military retooling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have no anti-aircraft,\u201d Trump <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/rollcall.com\/factbase\/trump\/transcript\/donald-trump-interview-sean-hannity-fox-news-beijing-may-14-2026\/\">said<\/a>. \u201cNow, they probably have, I mean, we know everything they\u2019ve done. They built it up a little bit. We\u2019ll take it out in one day. But, again, Trump did not appear to be concerned, stating that any retooling Iran has done could be \u201cgone in one day\u201d in the event the U.S. resumed military strikes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd so they\u2019re trying to get a few things together,\u201d <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/rollcall.com\/factbase\/trump\/transcript\/donald-trump-interview-sean-hannity-fox-news-beijing-may-14-2026\/\">said<\/a> Trump. \u201cThey have to take in some missiles from underground. We know exactly what they\u2019re doing. It\u2019ll all be gone in one day.
