Their effort follows recent resignations tied to sexual advances allegations, including those involving Reps. Eric Swalwell and Tony Gonzales.<\/p>\n<p>Both chairs of their respective women\u2019s caucuses say current anti-sexual harassment training is inadequate and are pushing to overhaul how the House handles misconduct allegations. They also point to possible changes to the House Ethics committee\u2019s investigation process. Cammack told NOTUS the current training is \u201claughable,\u201d while Leger Fernandez called it \u201cinsufficient.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt doesn\u2019t explain not only what you\u2019re not supposed to do, but why you\u2019re not supposed to do that,\u201d Leger Fernandez said. \u201cWe have to get to a place where everybody understands that the women who are on the Hill are there because they got elected, or there because they have applied and been hired because of their brilliance, because of their commitment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other lawmakers have also discussed revamping the House Ethics Committee\u2019s procedure for investigating allegations of wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Reps.
