The article credits Sen. Jim Banks and Trump-backed challengers for ousting lawmakers who opposed a redistricting plan that would have gained Republicans House seats. It also highlights a major surge in Republican-primary ad spending-about $13.5 million-fuelled largely by Trump-aligned groups targeting those incumbents.

The piece than argues that this message should push Senate Majority Leader John Thune and other Republicans to act on the “SAVE America Act,” wich the author describes as focused on election integrity (documentary proof of citizenship to vote federally and photo ID). it claims Senate Republicans are delaying and not prioritizing the bill, pointing to frustration with filibuster rules and the lack of effort to overcome them. The article notes Trump has urged Republicans to consider the “nuclear option,” while Thune says ending the filibuster isn’t feasible.

It further warns that other Republicans seen as insufficiently supportive-such as Sen. John Cornyn in texas-face electoral danger, citing polling showing Cornyn trailing an opponent. it reiterates the broader theme that Indiana’s results show what happens when Trump is disappointed, concluding that Senate leaders must heed the warning and pass the SAVE america act.

Indiana conservatives just sent a message to RINOs everywhere: FAFO. As of late Tuesday evening, The New York Times election results showed challengers picked up at least five of the seven state Senate seats targeted by Trump and allied conservatives groups. Republican primary voters rejected politicians standing on “fairness” principles while Democrats employ every weapon in their political arsenal to wrest back control of the U.S. House.

Indiana Sen.
