The DOJ argues the policies unlawfully discriminate against U.S. citizens, violate federal law, incentivize illegal immigration, and provide benefits to people without eligibility that citizens cannot access.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint targets New Jersey and several related education entities and officials,and seeks to bring the state into compliance with federal requirements.
