The justices said First Choice Women\u2019s Resource centers has shown a sufficient \u201cpresent injury\u201d to its First Amendment rights, meaning the case can proceed.<\/p>\n<p>The dispute began when then-Attorney General Matthew Platkin issued a 2023 subpoena seeking donor identities, arguing it was part of an investigation into claims the center may have misled donors into thinking they were funding an abortion clinic.
