Lauren Boebert and Rep. Nancy Mace raised concerns that their amendments wouldn\u2019t be treated favorably under the rule. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has threatened that she and other Republican holdouts would \u201cslaughter\u201d the farm bill if the pesticide provisions are not stripped from the legislation.<\/p>\n<p>House Democrats kept the meeting going for several hours by offering several amendments, from both Democrats and Republicans, for consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) called out her Republican colleagues in an X <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RepBoebert\/status\/2049250324209102910\">post<\/a> for rejecting her amendments regarding the farm bill brought in front of the committee by Rep. Joe Neguse (D-CO), saying that \u201cRepublicans on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rnc-withdraws-from-commission-on-presidential-debates-over-biased-commissions-refusal-to-play-fair\/\" title=\"RNC Withdraws From Commission On Presidential Debates Over ...Biased\u2019 Commission\u2019s Refusal To Play Fair\">committee unanimously voted<\/a> against them and they will not even be considered for a floor vote.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cFarmers and ranchers in my district are counting on me to be their voice in DC and our \u201cleadership\u201d is not letting me do my job. I am a NO on the Rule.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Boebert announcing she is a \u201cno\u201d on the procedural rule is not a good sign for Johnson, who can only afford to lose two votes on the House floor without any Democratic support. <\/p>\n<p>Rep.
