The alleged gunman, 31-year-old Cole Allen of California, was charged with three federal offenses at his arraignment two days after the incident, and his manifesto stated he believed he was obliged to target Trump administration officials.<\/p>\n<p>After the <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >suspect rushed past security<\/a>, President Trump, cabinet members, and others were evacuated. Gunshots were reported from inside the Washington Hilton ballroom where the dinner took place.
