Authorities say Allen is believed to have targeted members of the Trump governance, including President Donald Trump, who was at the event.<\/p>\n<p>Allen, 31, is described as having an engineering degree from Caltech and later a master\u2019s in computer science, after which he worked as an self<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >-reliant video game developer<\/a>.
