Release\">assassination increased dramatically<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">!!Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor intentionally delayed the landmark Dobbs decision for months by slow-walking their dissent, even as the left engaged in violent protests, assassination attempts, and daily protests against Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett and their families. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/g4CeuGjuDk\">pic.twitter.com\/g4CeuGjuDk<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Mollie (@MZHemingway) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MZHemingway\/status\/2045946213707518404?\">April 19, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Most of that scenario is familiar to Americans who were paying attention at the time, because large, loud, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/supreme-court-asks-maryland-virginia-governors-put-end-regular-protests-outside-justices-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">potentially dangerous protests<\/a> were taking place regularly outside the private homes of the court&rsquo;s conservatives.<\/p>\n<p>Americans also knew that a particularly deranged supporter of abortion rights <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/list-gear-kavanaughs-assassin-terrifying\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">had been arrested<\/a> near the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, after apparently getting cold feet in the middle of an assassination attempt on the justice.<\/p>\n<p>(Shockingly enough, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trans-kavanaugh-assassin-given-lighter-sentence-pretends-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">transgender issues<\/a> were apparently involved.)<\/p>\n<p>But Hemingway&rsquo;s book contains an angle most Americans probably didn&rsquo;t know: That the court&rsquo;s liberal justices ignored the pleas of conservatives, including Chief Justice John Roberts, to complete their dissents in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/justice-alito-moves-up-deadline-for-supreme-court-briefing-in-pennsylvania-lawsuit-to-flip-the-election\/\" title=\"... Briefing in Pennsylvania Lawsuit to Flip the Election\">timely manner<\/a> so the opinion could be published and, presumably, lower the temperature on the left&rsquo;s murderous anger.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/kagan-screamed-so-loudly-liberal-ally-after-dobbs-leak-wall-shaking-book-claims.amp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>, Hemingway&rsquo;s book reports that liberals on the court were so indifferent to the threat to their colleagues that they refused to even commit to a date when their dissents would be ready to be published.<\/p>\n<p>The court did not publish the Dobbs v. Jackson Women&rsquo;s Health Organization decision until <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/breaking-roe-v-wade-overturned-trump-nominated-justices-help-deliver-biggest-pro-life-win-american-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">June 22, 2022<\/a>. That was two weeks after the Kavanaugh assassination attempt.<\/p>\n<p>And that means the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/supreme-courts-emergency-docket-orders-frustrate-liberal-justices\/\" title=\"...\u2019s emergency docket orders frustrate ...\">liberal justices&#038;rsquo<\/a>; dithering helped set the stage for that attempt to take place.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Alito asked the dissenters to make the completion of their dissents their priority because delay of the decision was a security threat,&rdquo; Hemingway wrote, according to The Federalist. &ldquo;Abortion supporters had an incentive to kill one or more of the justices in the majority to change the outcome.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The leaked majority decision was published by the liberal D.C. outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politico<\/a> on May 3. That set off an immediate, horrifying, but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/scotus-experts-shocked-reported-leak-abortion-ruling-original-sin-judicial-ethics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">utterly predictable<\/a> series of protests that continued for almost the next two months.<\/p>\n<p>The Kavanaugh <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-md\/pr\/california-man-facing-federal-charges-maryland-attempted-murder-united-states-judge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">assassination attempt<\/a> arrest took place June 8.<\/p>\n<p>Now, there&rsquo;s no reason to accuse the liberal justices of taking an active role in planning an assassination attempt against one of their colleagues. They didn&rsquo;t have to.<\/p>\n<p>All they had to know was what the whole country knew &mdash; that the dangers to their colleagues increased with every day of delay surrounding the decision&rsquo;s release. And there&rsquo;s no way around the fact that their action &mdash; or inaction &mdash; proved they didn&rsquo;t care.<\/p>\n<p>In a sense, it&rsquo;s fitting that it was Kavanaugh himself who was the target of the assassination plot tied to Dobbs.<\/p>\n<p>It was Kavanaugh&rsquo;s confirmation hearings &mdash; with their circus of literally unbelievable charges that were parroted endlessly by Democratic lawmakers and their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/dont-talk-to-me-that-way-dont-ever-talk-to-the-president-that-way-president-trump-slaps-down-media-hack-sets-the-record-straight-on-sham-election-video\/\" title=\"No Respect...&quot;Don&#039;t Talk to Me That Way - DON&#039;T EVER Talk to the President That Way!&quot; - President Trump SLAPS DOWN Media Hack - ...s the Record Straight on Sham Election (VIDEO)\">establishment media<\/a> allies &mdash; that proved just how ruthlessly dangerous the American left has become.
