Mar&iacute;a Elvira Salazar, a Republican from Florida, insisted on Thursday <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/despite-gop-claims-dignity-act-amnesty-bill-got-receipts-prove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">against all evidence<\/a> that her proposed &ldquo;DIGNIDAD Act&rdquo; did not mean amnesty for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/its-happening-president-trump-issues-warning-swing-states-that-found-massive-voter-fraud-which-is-all-of-them-cannot-legally-certify-these-votes\/\" title=\"IT\u2019S HAPPENING: ... Issues Warning \u2013 Swing States that Found MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD, which is all of them, CANNOT LEGALLY CERTIFY these votes\">illegal immigrants<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, conservatives on X, who cannot agree on much lately, united in their disdain for Salazar&rsquo;s amnesty bill.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/gop-congresswoman-gets-backlash-attempting-shame-trump-backing-new-amnesty-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salazar<\/a> tried in vain to guilt President Donald Trump into supporting her proposal.<\/p>\n<p>Conservatives opposed her then, and they oppose her now.
