unified opposition to proposed federal laws that would require photo identification to register and vote.<\/p>\n<p>The museum will offer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obama.org\/visit\/museum-ticket-discounts\/illinois-free-days\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">free admission on Tuesdays<\/a> to those with a photo identification as well as some proof of Illinois residency. On the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obama.org\/visit\/museum-tickets\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">other six days<\/a> of the week, it will offer reduced-price admission to Illinois residents &mdash; who must have photo identification to prove they&rsquo;re Illinois residents.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that this center celebrates a former president who took to X in February to oppose the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act because it would impose a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/119th-congress\/house-bill\/22\/text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">photo ID requirement<\/a> for voter registration.<\/p>\n<p>(The proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/119th-congress\/house-bill\/22\/text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SAVE America Act<\/a> is similar but would require voter ID to actually cast a ballot, as well.)<\/p>\n<p>In a post, Obama called the SAVE Act &ldquo;a bill that would make it harder to vote and disenfranchise millions of Americans.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Republicans are still trying to pass the SAVE Act&mdash;a bill that would make it harder to vote and disenfranchise millions of Americans. But the Democratic Party has no similar qualms about any Tom, Dick, or Haroldo showing up at a polling station and casting a ballot for the president of the United States? (Or a senator, or congressman?)<\/p>\n<p>Which is more likely, that in the almost <a href=\"https:\/\/usaheaven.com\/articles\/how-big-is-usa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/guarding-the-coast-and-beyond\/\" title=\"Coastal and beyond protection.\">4 million square miles<\/a><\/a> that make up the United States (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeanet.org\/how-many-square-miles-are-in-the-continental-united-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3 million<\/a> excluding Alaska and Hawaii) a sizable number of individuals might be motivated to cast an illegal vote?
