The San Antonio Express-News report describes Gonzales pressing the aide for weeks, including meetings at her home, while she denied sexual contact. Gonzales-who is married with six children-later acknowledged a lapse in judgment, said he would not seek reelection, and planned to serve the remainder of his term. The disclosures come as he faces a House Ethics Committee inquiry into the affair with Regina Santos-Aviles, a married staffer who later died by suicide. The new report from the <em>San Antonio Express-News<\/em> unveils the latest scandal enveloping Gonzales, who <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/4482959\/tony-gonzales-suspends-2026-campaign\/\">dropped his reelection bid<\/a> in March after <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/4481247\/tony-gonzales-admits-affair-staffer-suicide\/\">admitting to an affair<\/a> with a married staffer who later died by suicide.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.expressnews.com\/politics\/article\/tony-gonzales-sexual-texts-campaign-staffer-22085908.php\">text messages<\/a> from 2020, Gonzales reportedly told his political director that he wanted to have sex with her and wanted her to &ldquo;squeeze my balls.&rdquo; Gonzales reportedly asked her over a dozen times for nude photos, requests which she denied. He then allegedly sent a text saying, &ldquo;47 nos is about my limit.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-paywall\">\n<p>In an interview with the outlet, Gonzales&rsquo;s former political director said she came forward with her story after hearing of the suicide of his other former staffer, Regina Santos-Aviles. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He obviously pursued, pursued, pursued her like he did with me,&rdquo; she said. &ldquo;I never took him serious&hellip; It wasn&rsquo;t until this poor girl died that I thought, &lsquo;No, this guy is pure evil.&#8217;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>According to the <em>Express-News<\/em>, Gonzales attempted to pursue a sexual relationship with his former political director for multiple weeks. The two met at her home twice for work purposes and &ldquo;didn&rsquo;t so much as touch,&rdquo; she told the outlet. <\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Examiner <\/em>has reached out to Gonzales&rsquo;s office for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Gonzales, who is married with six children, is currently <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/4479957\/house-ethics-launches-investigation-tony-gonzales-affair-allegations\/\">under investigation<\/a> by the House Committee on Ethics for his affair with Santos-Aviles. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I made a mistake, and I had a lapse in judgment,&rdquo; Gonzales said in March during a podcast&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/4481247\/tony-gonzales-admits-affair-staffer-suicide\/\">interview<\/a>. &ldquo;I take full responsibility for those actions.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Gonzales, who was first elected to Congress in 2020, said he would serve out the rest of his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rep-ocasio-cortez-ranked-one-of-the-least-effective-dem-lawmakers\/\" title=\"....
