York explained that Eastern European countries have &ldquo;experienced Soviet domination&rdquo; in recent years, and also know what it is like to be in close proximity to an enemy nation.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;So what Fleischer was saying is there could be big changes coming in NATO, a shift in power, some sort of change, but something is going on in NATO,&rdquo; York said.<\/p>\n<p>York added that President <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\/\">Donald Trump<\/a> threatened to <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/policy\/defense\/4516504\/trump-iran-open-hormuz-strait-energy-plants\/\">unleash &ldquo;hell&rdquo; if Iran doesn&rsquo;t open the Strait of Hormuz<\/a> by Tuesday night.
