Gavin Newsom and Democrats. The endorsement appeared on Trump\u2019s Truth Social account.Trump argued that California suffers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/donald-trump-ends-negotiations-with-nancy-pelosi-on-coronavirus-relief\/\" title=\"Donald Trump Ends Negotiations with Nancy Pelosi on Coronavirus Relief\">high crime<\/a> and taxes and that people are relocating to other states, blaming Newsom for these problems and vowing federal support to help Hilton turn the state around. Hilton, a former British political strategist and former Fox News host, is described as a long-time acquaintance of trump and as leading in early polling for California\u2019s open primary. The Berkeley IGS poll shows Hilton ahead of candidates like Rep.
