Van Hollen then interrupted Karl to claim his party was not the obstacle to DHS funding.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;You&rsquo;re holding up unless it doesn&rsquo;t include money for ICE,&rdquo; Karl doubled down. &ldquo;That&rsquo;s just a fact.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Unless it doesn&rsquo;t include money for ICE, a very reformed ICE.
