Recent assessments have indicated damage, though no widespread radiation leaks have been reported.<\/p>\n<p>Despite those attacks, Grossi stressed that Iran retains critical knowledge and technical capacity that cannot be eliminated through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/does-the-u-s-need-a-new-strategic-paradigm\/\" title=\"Does the U.S. Need a New Strategic Paradigm?\">conventional military means<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This is an activity that can be relatively, I wouldn&rsquo;t say easily, but it is very possible to reconstruct this effort,&rdquo; he said, referring to uranium enrichment operations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He added that Iran&rsquo;s advancements in centrifuge <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/technology\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"11416\">technology<\/a>, which are machines used to enrich uranium, make the program particularly resilient. He said Iran has &ldquo;the most sophisticated, fast, and efficient&rdquo; centrifuge machine that exists, adding that Iran knows how to make such a device.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iran is believed to have enriched uranium up to 60%, a level close to weapons-grade material, which is typically around 90%.
