Mike DeWine, launched a $10 million ad blitz that will run through the general election, highlighting a large fundraising lead over Democrat Amy Acton. Ramaswamy has dominated fundraising, reporting a record $19.8 million raised in 2025 (including $9.88 million in the year&#8217;s second half) and about $12 million in cash on hand at year-end, far ahead of Acton, who had about $5.3 million raised and roughly $3 million in cash on hand.Acton, a former Ohio Department of Health director, entered the race after Tim Ryan did not run and is viewed as the likely Democratic nominee.
