A Vandenberg Coalition and TargetPoint poll found more than <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/exclusive-more-than-9-in-10-maga-voters-back-operation-epic-fury-poll-finds\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/national-security\/exclusive-more-than-9-in-10-maga-voters-back-operation-epic-fury-poll-finds\/\">9 in 10 &ldquo;MAGA or Trump conservatives&rdquo;<\/a> backing the conflict, while an NBC News survey reported <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/trump-administration\/poll-majority-voters-disapproves-trump-handled-iran-rcna261564\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/trump-administration\/poll-majority-voters-disapproves-trump-handled-iran-rcna261564\">90% approval<\/a> among MAGA-aligned Republicans. Oil peaked at $120 over the weekend but has been trending downward since Trump told CBS News that the operation is nearly &ldquo;very complete.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Suffolk University Political Research Center director David Paleologos told the <em>Washington Examiner<\/em> that the view on Trump&rsquo;s war, even among die-hard supporters, would likely change if the economic and human costs rose higher.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;ll be watching Republican women who historically [have been] first to break with the GOP on issues like <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/healthcare\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"8776\">healthcare<\/a> and the <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/jeffrey-epstein\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"1860\">[Jeffrey]  Epstein<\/a> files,&rdquo; Paleologos said. &ldquo;Longer term, some of the core MAGA voters will defect if oil stays above $100 per barrel and the stock market keeps tanking.
