Paramount&rsquo;s new bid improves on its initial offer of $108.4 billion, or $30 per share, for the whole company and seeks to address Warner Bros.&rsquo;s concerns about the certainty of its financing, according to <em>Reuters<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Warner Bros.&rsquo;s leadership has thus far favored Netflix&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joy-shows-early-fears-about-moral-fallout-of-ivf-justified\/\" title=\"\u2018Joy\u2019 Shows Early Fears About Moral Fallout Of IVF Justified\">rival offer<\/a> to acquire some of the company&rsquo;s assets for a $72 billion deal, or <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >roughly  billion including debt<\/a>. The two signed a merger agreement in December 2025.<\/p>\n<p>But the bidding war has continued in the months since, with negotiations continuing as Paramount submitted a competing offer this week, arguing in part that Netflix&rsquo;s bid likely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/student-athletes-notch-victory-in-high-court-on-road-to-full-compensation\/\" title=\"Student Athletes Notch Victory in High Court on Road to Full Compensation\">violates antitrust laws<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/business\/4459906\/warner-bros-reopens-negotiations-paramount-best-final-offer\/\"><strong>WARNER BROS.
