District Judge J.P. Boulee saeid the affidavit must be unsealed by February 10, 2026, with redactions for the names of nongovernmental witnesses, and directed that the case docket and Fulton County\u2019s related motions also be unsealed. The FBI raid on January 28 seized physical ballots, tabulator tapes, electronic ballot images, and voter rolls from the 2020 election, and Fulton County has since sued the Trump administration to obtain the seized materials back. District Judge J.P. Boulee, a Trump appointee, said in a court <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.gand.355087\/gov.uscourts.gand.355087.9.0.pdf\">filing<\/a> that the affidavit must be unsealed by Tuesday at the latest. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Respondent has stated that it does not oppose the unsealing of the search warrant affidavit and any other papers associated with the warrant subject to the redaction of the names of nongovernmental witnesses,&rdquo; Boulee wrote in a two-page ruling. &ldquo;IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondent shall file, no later than the close of business on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the search warrant affidavit subject to the redaction of the names of non-governmental witnesses.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Boulee also ordered the case docket and Fulton County&rsquo;s motions to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to be unsealed after both parties similarly raised no objections.<\/p>\n<p>The order comes as the FBI raid has been heavily scrutinized, especially since the target of the investigation is still unclear.
